Tool Room

Precision: Our Precision is essential in die making.

Geometry: Our Tool room experts are able to use geometry equations and theories to calculate the dimensions of the products and machine parts.

Numerical detail: Our Tool room experts having eye for numerical detail to ensure precision and accuracy in their calculations and work.

CNC

Computer numerical control (CNC) is a manufacturing method that automates the control, movement and precision of machine tools through the use of preprogrammed computer software, which is embedded inside the tools.

EDM

An electrical discharge machining (EDM) machine is a tool that uses electrical discharges to remove material from a workpiece. EDM machines are often used to work with materials that are difficult to machine using traditional methods, such as metals with high melting points.

Milling

A milling machine is used to rough, cut or drill strong, solid materials, usually metal, through the milling process. Depending on your milling machine type, the axis can be either the element or the mechanism.

Wirecut

Wire-cutting machines are often used in model and die production. They are programmed using computer numerical control (CNC) software, such as Mastercam, which converts instructions into code to control the machine.

Surface Grinder

Surface grinding is done on flat surfaces to produce a smooth finish. It is a widely used abrasive machining process in which a spinning wheel covered in rough particles (grinding wheel) cuts chips of metallic or nonmetallic substance from a workpiece, making a face of it flat or smooth.

Grinding

A grinder is a handheld power tool that comes in different sizes and includes a range of settings. Whichever model you use, they all perform the same standard functions: grinding, cutting and polishing materials.
